The FABLE standing shelf has seven compartments for books, magazines or plants. It is made from solid acacia, mango and Indian reclaimed wood. The side panels in colourful, multicolour lacquered reclaimed wood show striking surface characteristics, and the turned legs give it a romantic vintage look. At 150 x 45 x 90 cm (W x D x H) it is a roomy shelf for anyone who likes vintage style. It matches other pieces in the FABLE series.

Most buyers are very happy with the FABLE shelf. It's described as beautiful, rustic and very sturdy, exactly like the pictures. One buyer mentions a strong smell that needs to air out at first, and another added baskets to the shelf successfully but had trouble with the dimensions of matching chests of drawers from the same series.
What buyers like

- Very sturdy
- Matches the description and pictures exactly
- Combines well with baskets
What buyers dislike
- Strong smell at first, needs to air out
In buyers' words
I already have a bed from this series, so it matches. Unfortunately the chests of drawers didn't fit the measurements or had a very long delivery time. I've now added seagrass baskets to the shelf, which looks great.

I'm very happy with the furniture. It's beautiful and very solid. Exactly as described. It does need some time to air out because there is quite a strong smell, otherwise it's perfect.
