What data we process

Orders. Name, delivery address, email, phone number and the furniture you ordered. We need this data to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The workshop and the carrier receive your name, delivery address and phone number so they can make and deliver the piece.

Custom requests. The details from the form, so we can send you a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention. We keep order data as long as commercial and tax law requires (up to 10 years). We delete requests that did not lead to an order after 12 months.

Service providers

• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Ireland) processes payments. Your payment details go straight to Stripe. We never see card data.
• Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts this website and processes technically necessary data such as your IP address when you visit. The legal basis is the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
• Resend (Resend Inc., USA) sends our emails, on the same basis as Vercel.
• The workshops in Poland, Spain and Portugal and their carriers receive the delivery details.

Cookies

We use no tracking cookies. Your browser stores your cart locally. For anonymous visitor statistics we use Umami, self-hosted in the EU. Umami sets no cookies and stores no IP addresses.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to us at info@makerhof.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
