Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms apply to all orders placed through makerhof.com between TODO Firmenname / Rechtsform, TODO Straße Nr., TODO TODO ("we") and you as the customer.

2. Contract

The furniture shown in the shop is not a binding offer. By clicking "Order with obligation to pay" you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt by email. The contract is concluded with this confirmation.

The contract languages are German, Dutch, English and French. We store the contract text and send you the order details by email.

3. Made to order

A workshop in Poland, Spain or Portugal only starts making your furniture after you order. The lead time on the product page is an estimate. We tell you as soon as the delivery date is fixed.

Wood and natural stone are natural materials. Differences in grain, colour and veining compared with the photos are normal and are not a defect. Size tolerances: TODO (for example ± 1 cm on table tops).

4. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euro, including VAT and delivery to the chosen country. You pay by card, PayPal, Klarna, bank transfer, iDEAL or Bancontact through our payment provider Stripe. Payment is due when you order.

5. Delivery

We deliver to Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and France, where the product page offers that country. A carrier delivers to the kerb, unless the product page says delivery into your home. The carrier announces the date in advance.

6. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in our withdrawal policy. There is no right of withdrawal for furniture made to your individual specifications (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU).

7. Transport damage

Please check the goods on delivery and note visible damage on the delivery note. Report damage to info@makerhof.com within 48 hours, ideally with photos. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty for defects applies.

9. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until you have paid in full.

10. Governing law

TODO: set to the seller's seat. As a consumer you always keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
