Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier named by you, take physical possession of the goods. If you ordered several items in one order and they arrive separately, the period starts on the day you or that third party take possession of the last item.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (TODO Firmenname / Rechtsform, TODO Straße Nr., TODO TODO, TODO, email: info@makerhof.com, phone: TODO Telefon) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you do not have to.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we reimburse all payments we received from you, including the costs of delivery (except the extra costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. We use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We charge you no fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earliest.

We collect the goods. You bear the direct cost of returning them, estimated at a maximum of about TODO EUR (tables) or TODO EUR (sofas).

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (Art. 16(c) Directive 2011/83/EU). This covers in particular furniture in sizes you specified. Each product page states whether the right of withdrawal applies.
