The OXFORD bed is made from solid acacia, finished in a honey-coloured lacquer and built for a 140 x 200 cm bed size. The shapes are classic and straight, the feet are milled, and small square cutouts in the headboard give it a lighter look. The natural grain gives the wood a warm character, and an extra foot in the middle of the sleeping surface adds stability. It suits a classically furnished bedroom, and other sizes and finishes are available at the shop.

Of the 12 reviews, 11 give 5 stars and only 1 gives 4 stars, with an average of 4.9. Most buyers are very happy with the sturdiness, build quality and design, and say the color matches the pictures. Two buyers did have trouble with the included screws, and one even had to call in a carpenter.

What buyers like

Very sturdy, nothing wobbles or creaks
Nice design and good craftsmanship
Color matches the product photos
Quick and easy to assemble

What buyers dislike

Included screws sometimes too short or poor quality, in one case a carpenter was needed
Bed looks bigger and heavier in person than expected

In buyers' words

This Oxford bed in acacia honey lacquer looks like a dream! Normally I'd give 5 stars for that, but to assemble the bed we had to call in a carpenter. The screws included are the cheapest kind. Massivmoebel24 reimbursed part of the carpenter costs. Apart from that, I'm happy with this bed every morning and every evening.
