Almost all buyers are very happy and praise the quick, easy assembly, the quiet motor and the sturdy, high quality build for the price. Some mention that OTTO's delivery was delayed or arrived in two parts, but that is about the delivery, not the desk itself. One buyer reports that the electronics failed after 2.5 years, just after the warranty ended.

What buyers like

Quick, easy assembly
Quiet motor with memory height positions
Sturdy, high quality build (metal frame, drawer)
Good value for money with handy extras (USB ports, drawer)

What buyers dislike

One buyer's electronics/control unit failed after 2.5 years, just after the warranty ended
One person found the assembly instructions confusing, even though assembly itself went quickly
